Privacy and cookies

This page explains what happens to the information you leave on this site. It is short because the site does little: it shows an apartment, it lets you send an enquiry, and it counts visits.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is [FULL NAME OR COMPANY], [ADDRESS], [COMPANY NUMBER / NIP, if a company].

You can reach us at staltransartur@gmail.com or on +48 535 888 885.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the dates you are asking about, the number of people, whether you are bringing pets or children, the reason for the stay and anything you write in the message field.

From analytics, only if you agree: which pages you open, how long you stay, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you use. This is aggregated. We do not know who you are.

From the server: our host records standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a rental or sale agreement — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

To keep a record of correspondence and defend against possible claims — Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest.

To measure how the site is used — Article 6(1)(a), your consent, which you give in the cookie bar and can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: up to 12 months, then deleted.

Enquiries that become a booking or a sale: for as long as the agreement and the related tax and accounting obligations require.

Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for the period set in the property, currently 14 months.

Who else sees it

Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions, and Google, which provides Analytics. Both are outside the European Economic Area, and both rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for transfers.

Nobody else. We do not sell data, we run no advertising, and we send nothing to social networks.

Cookies and what is stored in your browser

Nothing is stored until you press Accept in the cookie bar. Declining leaves the site fully usable — only the counting stops.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, object to it being used, or receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time using the Cookies link in the footer.

Write to the address above and we will answer within a month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country — in Poland the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
